Vodafone War Ends - V-V Day Parade
Mark replied.
It was indeed a little form letter printed by software. They are very sorry about the needless conflagration such an event might have caused. They send libations and apologies.
The war is finally over.
Peace ensues, ticker tape parade, partying and jubilation for all.
The picture is from the parade given to the Apollo austronauts, hence the American flags, but hey...those Yanks give good parades.
And I just love this picture. In fact the whole war with Vodafone was really just so I'd have an excuse to post this after I won that battle. There's a similar one I like called The Kiss though more recent and not sure who it's by, but if I find it... watch out Microsoft. Or the Papacy. Or something anyway...

I most definitely just wrote a paper for my History of Photography class that included a very slight variation on the sailor and girl photo you posted.
Posted on my Vox.
In case you didn't notice already.
It is the slightest of differences.
G, I can't find the shirt. I went through 2 bags of clothes yesterday and nothing. There's a third bag somewhere and I don't know where it is. Trust me, I'm not making this up. There's two pairs of jeans that I really like that I can't find either, so it's in my best interest to find that bag.
Just wanted you to know that I'm working on it. :)
hmmmm.....
spy drones are about to be dispatched.....
Words, mere words...we want PICTURES!
(On a secondary note: In keeping with my observation of Humans I have noted that Terran females are notorious flakes. All of them. It's a sad, sad, sad affliction your species suffers from. Redeem the Human females Loony...wear the shirt and take the glorious pics!!)
Sadly it is a fact....Loony after promising on the very souls of her future children that she would wear the shirt...flaked.
Fizzled.
Went POOF.
And didn't wear it.
Not caring that this means her offsprings will be sold into slavery to a Chinese coal mine in 2035.
Sad, sad, sad.
